Ken was the editor for this release by John Brown University professor Frances E. Umesiri, PhD, who holds a doctoral degree in chemistry and whose research focus has been in medicinal chemistry. In this book, the author reviews seventy years of peer-reviewed research studies that show the practical health benefits of regular, intermittent fasting.
