WOUB, National Public Radio
Fred Kight, assistant news director at WOUB, National Public Radio affiliate at Ohio University, talks with Ken Walker about the efforts to turn back obesity problems in the Huntington, West Virginia area since Jamie Oliver aired his award-winning Food Revolution mini-series on ABC in the spring of 2010.
For several months after the release of their book, co-authors Steve Willis and Ken Walker stayed so busy with respective speaking engagements and publicity efforts that they spent little time together. In late April, Ken caught up with Steve after his speech to a gathering sponsored by the Ohio River Festival of Books. In the interview, Steve discusses the enthusiastic reception that has greeted Winning the Food Fight.
